The Art of Natural Feeding

The recommended feeding quantity is based on your dog’s weight. Before starting raw or cooked bison meat, determine a baseline for their weight. Are they at a healthy weight or do they need to lose or gain? Answer honestly to inform your calculation.

Note: Your dog may have a couple of days where their stool is runnier than normal; this is part of the clean-protein transition. Within a week, it should become smaller and firmer.

PRO TIP: Your dog may have a couple of days where their poop is runnier than normal; this is normal. Within a week or so, the poop should start to become smaller and harder. Ask yourself honestly: are they a healthy weight or do they need to lose/gain? Use this to inform your portion decisions.
